Therefore it is very important to monitor our thoughts, wherever and however possible. By the same token positive thoughts also create physical reactions that are good for our wellbeing.

This means the function, of an organ or other part of the body has been disrupted by a reaction of the nervous system to negative ideas held in the subconscious mind. We are a mind in a body and the two cannot be separated.
